Due to the impact of COVID-19. It may take longer than usual to fulfil the order. We are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologise for the inconvenience.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Thanks for your order and supporting Amanda! First batch of orders are set to ship end November 2023. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long period, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance.

SHIPPING LOCATION & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Available world-wide except sanctioned and adult-toys banned destinations. Please review some of the list below:

Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, South Korea, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Maldives, United Arab Emirates, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Vietnam.

Please check with your local customs policy before purchasing.

2. Shipping Fee:

Live rate will be calculated based on where you’re located at the checkout.

3. Shipping Timeline:

Pre-order processing: 4 to 5 weeks (Subject to changes)

In-stock processing: 1 to 3 business days (Subject to changes)

Shipping Time: Additional 7 to 12 business days (Subject to changes)

*Shipping time doesn’t include our 1-3 business days processing time*

WRONG ADDRESS

Please reach out to our team within 24 hours from the time you placed an order to make necessary changes. If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed by the respective carriers, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 business day.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned by the respective carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But if it exceeds more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.  Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DAMAGES AND CUSTOMS DETENTION

Damages: Once your order has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Detention: Adult toys maybe listed as prohibited and/or restricted in certain parts of the world. Please check with your local customs before making your purchase. We are not liable for any additional charges or time lost in the event of shipment detention.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
