RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our business at this point in time do not accept any return, refund, or exchange due to the nature of the product and scale of the business (unless absolutely necessary).
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
In a situation your order meets these conditions:
- Wrong item
- Defective item
- Damaged item
Please reach out here. To complete your return, refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Provide us with your order number, detail of the product, and imagery of any conditions mentioned above. We’ll be sure to assist you!
If 7 days or more have passed since your date of receipt, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale Items has a different set of discounted prices and each sale item will be counted as a FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature of the product and/or the purpose of pre-order campaign, order cancellation is strictly not allowed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
